As with many women, our shoes are some of our most prized possessions. At least mine are to me. When you wear a size like mine (women's 12M), you come to appreciate finding a pair shoes that not only fit, but are fashionable and comfortable. My motto is "if it ain't comfortable out of the box, don't buy'em). I've saved a few bucks this way and probably a few corns and calluses,too! I buy shoes by mail order or on the Internet and I buy them in person (in drab) in a shoe store.

And like most women to whom femininity means something, we have an affinity for high heels. Yes, there are "sensible shoes" in my closet, but nothing gets the heart beating faster than a beautiful pair of elegant high heel pumps! I always try to buy the highest quality shoes I can find...they may cost a bit more, but they are worth it in terms of comfort and wearabilty...at least they are to me. I opt for quality over quantity.

In the shoe modeling pictures, I'm wearing L'eggs Sheer Energy or Hanes Alive! in Suntan (my absolute favorite...it goes with everything). I walk/run about 3 miles everyday, which keeps the legs lean...and hopefully the rest of me!
