Here are some sassy shoes...the D'Orsay Pump with ankle straps. Sitting high atop a 3.25 inch heel, this pump from Details (a Spiegel brand) is very comfortable and just plain fun to wear. I happen to like to wear ankle straps. My wife, Charlotte, can't stand to wear them! They feature a double ankle strap, squared heel and snipped toe.

 

 

 

Hosiery for this set was Leggs Sheer Energy in white.

 

As you can see, the ankle straps work through a small loop on the heel counter of the shoe. Another added benefit of this style shoe is that it shows off my instep quite nicely.
