Spiegel's Ultimate Outlet is one of my favorite sale catalogs...because on more than a few occasions, I've swerved into some really great bargains. I had watched these sandals all season long and wanted them but never acted on it. Then the Ultimate Outlet catalog arrives and there they are...reduced to $19.99 from $49.00. How long did it take to get on the phone? Not long! They are made of white "pearlized" leather with a silver ornament on the strap closest to the toe. A 3 inch heel and a halter back round out the look. These little jewels work equally well with skirts or slacks.
