From Bandolino (one of my favorite brands) comes this lovely low-heel mule in navy blue. Accenting the shoe are two straps that cross the top of the foot at the instep and end with two ctue silver buckles. Also, as an accent, there is a small amount of reptile print leather on either side of the vamp. Bottomline...these are serious fun!
